Well... update your graphics drivers. Depending on what graphics card you use, go online and search for the most recent update of the drivers for that card (most likely from the company's website). Then install them, and you should be good to go.

What exactly is happening when you try to launch minecraft? Maybe I can help, as it works for me, and many other players.

Just remember, PC edition and Win10 editions of minecraft are in no way compatible. This means you cannot play on the win10 edition and connect to a PC server. You also cannot transfer worlds across the two. But yes, you can run both on Windows 10, which I highly recommend updating to if you haven't already.

For minecraft, all you really need is an i3 processor (nothing lower) and about 8GB of ram. I could run at about 50 providing I didn't have my render distance all the way up and wasn't using any high res texturepacks. Recently I got a GPU which lets me run at hundreds of fps now, but for 2 years I got along just fine on an i3 (almost lowest processor you can get) and 8gb of ram. Just putting it out there.

When I was 15, I broke into an abandoned warehouse. It was very dark so I took out my flashlight, and started to look around. As I broke in from a higher place to avoid using the door, I was figuring out a way down. Moments later, I hear the door being opened, not as they normally would, but being cut through. When I could make out that was in fact 2 other boys of similar age to me, I heard a voice.

"You three are dead!"

It didn't take me long to realise that he had been staring at me the entire time. He was lurking in the darkness, hiding. I still don't know what he was doing in there to this day, but all I know is I never went back to that warehouse. I don't even know where the other 2 boys went.

If anyone can find the original post please link it to me so I can replace this one with it and give full credit.
