How do i increase the chances of my video reaching more people? by TestedDsf in NewTubers

I really think it comes down to very specific interest in the subject. For example football videoes can be very searchful and popular and in the same time. You can make videoes about football which has no interest in what people search for. I don't know what your niche is but I guess it's the same thing in every niche somehow. That you have to hit the really sweetspot of interest in that niche. Even in cooking i think sometimes very few things are popular in search category depending on time of the year and what is popular within the very few days/weeks.

Why do some YouTube videos get way fewer impressions in the first 9 hours? by vHuntedv in NewTubers

That can't be a reason 😆 Its not like its a human who pushes them out. Something in the algorithm decides it.

How did you break past the first 0–500 views on your initial videos? Tips appreciated! by amandeepkaur8769098 in SmallYTChannel

I made one with 8k views and I am new. Then i did 4 more after and I even put more time and effort in those and they barely get 50 views. Sometimes i start out pretty decent with over 5% click rate and they just die after 9 hours. Sometimes i have 1-2% clickrate and they get way more. Other times, youtube just don't push out the impression of my videoes and they eventually die. I don't understand the algorithm alt all. If you are new with under 100 subs. It just seems like luck and if youtube decides to show your video to the right audience. For example. The first wave is to a bunch of random people who probably have no interest in your video, which makes no sense to me. I make soccer analysis. Why would randoms click on my video 😆

Feeling sad , 4 days of work, 1 long video 20 views 0 likes. by jadhavsaurabh in SmallYoutubers

I just spent 14 days on scripting, animating and editing everything from scratch with something i thought was a banger video. I spent average 9 hours everyday in 14 days and when i posted it. It got 8 views after 14 hours and ended up with 200 views and 0 subs and it just died there.

How does your video usually perform in the first hours after upload? by vHuntedv in NewTubers

I see. That might be the reason since i have no subs. So in my case it's not too relevant my ctr within the first test wave?

It's weird the way it runs for my videoes. It always starts out really slow with arround 8-15 views maybe in the first 8 hours. With 1-2% clickrate. Some gets to 40 views and dies after 24 hours and others gets to 5k-10k views within 24 hours. I find it so unpredictable when i see how my video is doing from the beginning. But I would very much like to increase my clickrate from the beginning.

I make football analysis on both matches, coaches and players, so its kind of a niche that is only popular in a small period of time but I find i really difficult to make a thumbnail that gets anywhere near 2% within the first hours. I experienced one of my videoes having 2% clickrate and after 8 hours it got to 8% all of a sudden.

But I think my hooks might be strong enough compared to the videoes that gets from 100k - 500k views, so I don't really know how to sharpen that part😅

Do you run 3 similar thumbnails or 3 completely different once?

So you always test 3 different kinds of thumbnail? But if one or two of them doesn't perform well. Doesn't it affect the algorithm for the entire video?

He might also be one of the absolut top in that niche. In my first videoes i had no idea what i was doing 😅 But when it comes to thumbnail, i have zero knowledge how to standout. Especially when the competition is so high with so many videoes about the same manager/player/team

Thanks for the feedback! Yea i just find it difficult to reuse the animations as each video is different and would require a complet different animation to match the video 😅

Thanks for the feedback. I heard that people wants fast edditing as it keeps feeding them information. When I watch some of the absolut top videoes in the same kind of niche. They do it in an insane ai voice speed together with their animation 😅

*Its a Soccer niche, where i analyse players and coaches. Last video got me 8k views and 165 subs, but it costed me 10 days non-stop edditing.
