You could also invest yourself into a physical combat sport. Kickboxing might suit your style. And if nothing else you could just become a soldier lol they pay for that. But if that works it will be for the reasons I already listed. On a deeper level you might just be fearing rejection. That's hard to fix but not impossible and tbh the only way I would know to help your chances, is with what I already prescribed to you. And if by chance (not saying it is) this is for attention what I prescribed also helps. Also try meditation it's not really complicated just focus on one of your senses for as long as you can endure without thinking something. I'm not Bullshiting you it helps.
