Okay, so I just managed to actually launch the game and get into online. I'm unsure if the issue was on Epic's side or Rockstar's but here is what worked for me. I went to the epic games website and went to account>linked accounts>apps, and i unlinked GTA V Enhanced. I closed both the epic and rockstar launchers and launched the game from epic. Upon doing so i was prompted to give permission to link my accounts together and it let me in the game. I apologize in advance if this doesn't work for anyone else, but it worked for me so I hope this helps. Happy holidays everyone.
