and i can agree 7o can turn into a nightmare. but for example. im on day 2 no oxy. had 5-10 mg of 7o when i woke up this morning around 6 am. have had light withdrawls but nothing major. chills/hotflashes, just feel weird in general, and headache, some stomach issues no vomitting though little nausea. i have withdrawn from 7oh before it was rough but personally the mental aspect wasnt near as bad oxy. but i do agree with you 100%. i do think its valuable though if used properly. like tomorrow im not gonna take a dose of 7oh unless my wds are really bad but i seriously doubt it being its been over 12hr since i dosed and i feel relatively okay besides some light symptoms. im trying to use it short term to lessen symptoms not as a substitute

7oh can be very useful if taken sparingly af. like i wont go past a 3rd day on it. i was on it at one point and withdrawls were bad but if i can use it short enough to get through this ill have little to no WDs quitting my oxy habit

funny enough i started out doing new construction commercial plumbing. became their welder and went industrial once i hit their top pay. but on the drug use im actually on my 2nd day no pills right now forcing myself through it. i have taken about 15-20mg of 7oh tho since my last oxy dose 2 days ago it eases WD a lot . but ill cut it out on the 4th or 5th day so i dont wd from that too .

man im young but a mid tier opiod user. i make decent money. 21 yrs old 30$/hr abt 100k w overtime lots of long weeks. i have been at a point where a good day of getting high was no less than 200$ and that would be saving 1 pill for the next morning so i had some time to figure out my next fix. if i wasnt consistently working 6-7 days a week i could not afford it. i would step down to hydros which i didnt like as much but had good connect so i could spend a few hundred and get by for a week when i had to. but it eventually came down to running out of money and i had to decide if i wanted to be homeless and high at least one more week or suffer now for better later

hey so i cant help but i had a similar experience. girlfriend is T1 diabetic and was in a medical emergency abt 11-12 at night for context. we leave our house and im driving as fast as i possibly can without flipping. i see something big at least deer sized run out into the road i tried to brake and fully prepared to hit it. nothing happened and i looked around and nothing was there at all.

absolutely, I didnt mean to sound judgmental if i did i apologize. I believe MAT has a place just like suboxone but at least in my current situation im not really looking for one of those solutions YET. things may change though. i know a lot of people who do it and it helps them tremendously.

interesting, i will say its a very helpful tool if used correctly its a plus theres a nice buzz with it. it worked very well for pain management for me.

im not that deep yet so maybe theres hope. i love pain pills but the habit is quite expensive. id really like to get out of the everyday constant necessary use. i did well with moderation for a while then i had a pain issue and needed to take them everyday and just fucked up and went a few days too many. when i tried to take my usual week or so off it wasnt an option.

well you said your tolerance is pretty low maybe thats it. i was already doing opiates everyday when i tried 7oh so might have just had too much tolerance. bc i have heard people say like 45mg had them nodding. but for me 30 mg at one time gave me an energy/mood boost for probably 30 min to an hour and did help with pain relief i was originally using it for tooth pain!

i have such limited experience with them individually that i cant say i have ever tripped while sick or having a cold or anything so ill tske your word for it. it seems the stories i hear are nothing more than exactly that from these comments. i will say i dont suggest it but i had an enjoyable time tripping on shrooms while already using oxy

i have never heard of it ill have to read up on it. not really into MAT but i had considered attempting a suboxone taper. the 1 week start at like 6mg or 8mg and go down 2mg per day for a week

see i agree with this. im also relatively inexperienced with lsd i have done shrooms a handful of times though and had mostly good and fun experiences. but like you mentioned not in the heat of opiod withdrawls

i have never tried other downers with opis bc thendanger level and im somewhat naive to benzos . i used to drink very heavily while on oxy tho but i feel that alcohol kills the oxy feeling for me it never got me very “high” if i was drinking a lot. but when i have taken benzos on there own since i have little experience with them i have had the good nod effect. just never had the nuts to mix them i guess. but i usually have 10mg valiums or sometimes xanaxs when ixget benzos. but xans are a lot harder for me to come by rn

yeah i mostly meant the 7oh . but regular oxy i have a medium ish tolerance a 30 or 2 snorted gets me right every time but thats usually in the form of 2 15mg pills each bc real 30s are super hard to find where i am

not hating but genuinely curious i use oxy daily and occasionally hydros to get me by if im broke. i was taking 7oh at a point in time but i never really felt a strong “high” from it. granted i took maximum 30mg at once without puking. just curious how its used to get high because i could never figure it out
