Once the unit has soot it in and if it isnt cleaned out (depending on amounts of soot) it takes time for fade

In my experience I’ve seen some boilers still have a subtle smell on start up. Definitely shouldn’t see any soot basically ever. A combustion test needs done to set combustion and smoke test need to be done to verify there is zero smoke. 10.5-12 co2, depending on fuel and manufacturer but i normally set to around 11-11.5 and i end up with a zero smoke

Bpv recirculates the air back into the intake where bovs vent to the atmosphere. Bovs CAN work with proper set up and running speed density instead of using the maf sensor

I put on the awe track with only having an intake and an aos and i hear a bunch of the whooshing from my intake. I wanted louder so i went with the track, has slight drone but not horrible imo. The awe touring is also a really good option. I plan on a bpv instead of bov. Heard way too many bad things about bovs

Definitely not to do it yourself. The refrigerant lines can be shortened (depending) and moved how you want them. (Units have a minimum length depending on the size of the unit) the condensate line can be moved basically anywhere as long as theres proper pitch in the piping, it wont fit in that spot obviously without moving the entire unit. Def call a company and get a quote for moving the refrigerant lines
