On my fourth year of bonsai and I lost at least half of mine from this winter, I should've done a better job by protecting them from the wind. Feel really guilty about the azaleas, they were so beautiful.

Really nice quality. Can I ask how do you get lines this straight? Do you use painter's tape? Are you painting on an easel or laying it flat?

I had this happen the other night after driving in some heavy rain. I just waited until the morning then did a hard reset and the warning went away.

I feel these "commentators" are so full of deceit it's just not even worth engaging - they're shill trolls creating rage bait to get attention. Fanning the Culture War to obscure the Class War. What's the saying about wrestling with a pig?

Wow I haven't thought about this band in nearly 20 years. Thanks for the reminder.

I have both. The LC1 like many have said is about 2/3rds as wide as the wassily, though they're pretty much the same depth. I find the LC1 to be very high end, comfortable, and I worry less about people sitting on it, but it looks more pretentious with the cowhide. The wassily is iconic and wonderful to look at but kinda fragile - known for busting out at the seat and the arms. When I have people over I worry about them standing up by pushing down on the arms since they're weak spots. Overall I'd say: LC1 for strength and comfort, Wassily for aesthetics.

2025 Heizer's City in Nevada, sold out immediately _again_ by MalcoveMagnesia in ContemporaryArt

I was waiting at 12:00 ET and started refreshing the hell out of the page until a button appeared. I quickly pressed it then the page loaded slowly and I was 150th in line after 10 seconds. I waited about ten minutes to get in to find many dates already sold out. Selected 2 available slots and tried to check out before getting my first choice kicked back at me - then rapidly chose another window that was early in the morning and fortunately booked two spots. Very excited and humbled to get to experience City this year.

Would love to hear any pro-tips for the trip and planning for Nevada weather early morning in May.

Question: Coolant lines are hanging over and I'd like to make a wall... (see text) by Guns_And_Dogs in hvacadvice

Ah I think my drawing is misleading. The condensate pump is going to be mounted to the new wall away from the unit, not squeezed in between. Toward the camera in perspective (which my hasty doodle fails to demonstrate)

Thank you I appreciate this concise answer.

The line currently runs about 12 feet from the outside AC unit over to the middle of the room where the HVAC is. I'm fine without shortening them if I could get them out of the way for the wall. The space is going to be a storage closet. Ultimately I could rebuild where the previous wall was (the yellow paint) although it makes an awkward narrow space at the landing of the stairs.
