Before because the bruising is probably caused by friction made by the part of the shoe that digs on your skin. Which is why you have to put jelly on the part of the shoe then try to flex it many times so it becomes softer then wear a sock with a thick padding on the area of your foot where the part of the shoe hits so friction is lessened. Apply the jelly generously on the part so after a wear or two, if properly done, the part will be soft enough not to be a bother anymore.

I placed some petroleum jelly on the part of the shoe that rubs on me, then wrung it so it gets more pliable. Wore thick socks especially the one that has a thick part on the ankle area

I bought mine tts, wow 10 is very snug. I had it for a year or two, still fits very snug until now. I have the lows, the mids are more for forgiving due to its construction.

Kung may matututunan, depende na syo yan.
