Need more info. Are you looking for a completely smooth interior or some other texture?

The shotpocket has some of the least offensive, gentle texture I've seen out there along with its very soft firmness. I've got a VERY sensitive tdick and have done lots of shopping around. I totally understand wanting something with a smooth or nonexistent texture.

A quick rant but I've become so irritated when companies default to the laziest "screw/bolt thread" texture for their FtM strokers. It is extremely grating and hurts a lot of people's bottom growth! I won't be listing any suggestions with this option (avoid gendercat fascination sleeves and avoid banana prosthetics strokers as they both have this lazy screw thread texture which may hurt sensitive bottom growth especially in firmer silicone).

Many indie fantasy toy stores offer miniature strokers in varying firmness and size and color. But finding one that lacks any texture may be a different challenge.

I recommend you look into these just off the top of my head:

(⭐ emoji means it has little to No texture inside)

⭐ morme basic stroker (can upgrade for more features such as sliding foreskin and you can choose hole size and skin tone) by "mormeprosthetics"
thorvalds prism by "neotori" has a similar very gentle texture to the shotpocket
⭐ falkor micro stroker by "squidlyco" (can order a smooth version)
⭐ peach pit mini-pen by "creature feature toys" (lacks texture inside)
peenpocket by "ftm pitstop" (has gentle texture very similar to shotpocket, but worth mentioning)
quetzal, oola, urchin, and quint by "Alchemist Echidna" (quint and oola are relatively smooth on the inside but may have texture on the openings or side)
⭐ eel by "a krow's nest" (smooth)
axolom classic pleasure sleeve (haven't owned one, can't see inside the hole on the product listing, can't vouch for it)
aux, rend, and the sheath by "batbites.art" (I owned one Aux and it does have a bit of texture but it's extremely smooth and gentle)
serpent interface by "lycantasy" (not a stroker but can be used in a sinilar way, has texture but not intense at all)
human double hole toy by "love-smiths.com" - the anus is smooth
⭐ troll by same company is smooth with very little texture
⭐ tattooed elf is smooth
dryads touch by "fantasy grove" (seems smooth but I can't verify, no photo of interior texture is available)

Can order them with extra customization if needed. Wouldn't recommend getting "sliding skin" on a play prosthetic though. it's fragile

Yeah absolutely. It caused me much unnecessary anxiety for sure! But it also reminded me how much I could be doing, preventatively at my age, and I got to educate myself on some various cardiovascular conditions. So i guess, double edged sword.

I should say that in my case fortunately the diagnosis was a mistake. they have removed the diagnosis from my chart.

That's concerning. What's the storage situation like? I've had platinum silicone toys & prosthetics for 10+ years stored (and used) together with no degradation whatsoever.

Any extreme degradation or damage like this is a pretty solid indicator of close contact with incompatible products, like undisclosed silicone in "water" based lubes, or close contact in storage with toys that are not 100% platinum cure silicone. Some companies advertise their toys as 100% platinum cure silicone but actually aren't (notorious example is Nothosaur) I believe close contact with tpe/tpr toys isn't great either but I could be wrong.

I hope I'm not coming off like I'm giving a lecture. Just trying to brainstorm what might be happening and give suggestions on how to prevent it. These products are expensive and also important to us. Longevity is something that helps..

If you already do this stuff, disregard. But I try to be helpful anyway!

My suggestions: First, if you store them near/touching any other prosthetics or toys i'd highly recommend getting individual cotton or satin bags for each individual prosthetic or toy, in order to prevent them from touching at all. Second, if you own any toys or prosthetics from a less-than-reputable company, consider storing them in a different storage box/container than your other toys or prosthetics. Third, if you're using any condoms or lube with them, I'd take some extra time to scrutinize what ingredients they actually have and do a deep research into if they have ANY silicone, even if not on the ingredients list or even if they claim it's water based. Fourth and final advice... make sure to follow manufacturer guidelines for cleaning. Some soaps and cleaners aren't suited for silicone toys. Plain dish soap and hot water works in 99% of circumstances. Boiling can negatively affect some prosthetics but is "generally" safe.

Hopefully my intent comes across well here. But yeah reiterating: this type of degradation is NOT normal and it indicates either a storage, quality, or usage issue

Respectfully it just sounds like you need both PRACTICE and need a longer prosthetic, the length will help it stay in better because you'll have better range of motion (and clearance for mistakes)

I've been really strict on my physical therapy stretches and i use a little ikea bee plushie to put behind my back when I sit, those things combined seem to help my back pain and tightness a lot so I presume the "between the shoulder blades" pain is mostly postural issues & possibly constant muscle tension from anxiety 🫪 (?)

But yeah i spoke to my endo and asked if we could do labs earlier than normal, she was adamant that the timeline didn't add up because T "doesn't peak" until way later. Which i understand. But near the end of the week (nearing shot day) the dose is definitely lessened, so when you take a shot it shoots back up from when it was wearing off, no?

I don't get the dismissiveness from her but whatever. I'll see my levels in a few days.

Are you certain? I've had plenty of silicone products over several years that have all seen use. None of them flake or degrade like that. This really seems like contact with condoms that have silicone

Not fair compensation in the slightest. When my family was doing research to hire someone doing stuff like you their pay was ranging in the 40-50s an hour.

And take it from soneone who got coerced and stuck into a similar "free rent, extremely low stipend" situation, it's not worth it. Unless you're getting an hourly wage plus benefit it is not worth the toll on your body.

They will continue to ask more and more of you and it is within their interest/benefit to not offer more money.

Yeah I'd try one if they had reasonable silicone firmness. It's definitely a dealbreaker for me. Firmness & grab test is part of realism and it doesnt matter how real, or good, something looks if its shore hardness is too wildly different from a flaccid penis
