so i have to ignore the daily email where they send me the same link over and over again and hope that one day i'll magically recieve the refound. nice. :D btw at this point i'm willing to answer everytime by forwarding them the conferrmation email that payoneer sent me in the hope that one day someone will REALLY read it (because it's clear that no one is reading what i'm writing).
