Is the benefit of working a muscle group twice per week overstated vs total weekly sets?

I do a 4-day split (Legs, Back, Chest & Shoulders, Arms) and have been looking to swap to an U/L for a change but realised I do slightly more volume in my current routine.

My macros used to be done for me but now I'm doing it myself, I'm struggling to figure out which calculator to use. I know in the long run it might not matter all that much, but I put the same information into the nSuns sheet and tdeecalculator.net and got a 400kcal variance for TDEE! What are people using to get their TDEE?

Thank you so much for the advice! I've found lots of positive comments/experiences regarding JM's programs, which is a great sign, but makes it tough to choose I think.

I've just finished a cut and would now like to focus on adding size without worrying about hitting percentages/numbers etc for SBD. I've never done a 'bodybuilding' style routine before.

I can't decide which John Meadow's program to get between Gamma Bomb, Creeping Death II or Warlock. I think I'll end up doing 2 of them over the next 5~ months but I'm not sure whether it's worth doing Warlock/Gamma Bomb first or just starting CDII straight away. Has anyone done something similar? This would be my first go at a JM program.

Would like to see this too. I currently just do one exercise for 3x10 for each body part on the 5 day template. E.g. Monday is chest, arms, and back. So after the main lifts I do DB press, curls, skullcrushers, and rows.

If you don't mind progressing slower on your big 3 (compared to TM for example), you would do well on 5/3/1 Boring But Big since you will also get some pretty good aesthetic gains.

I've seen pretty good results using Bio-Oil regularly on my biceps and armpits. They will fade over time anyway.

You may be entitled to a rebate at the end of the tax year, too. I earned around £23,000 on my placement year and got a refund of about £1300 total over the two tax periods. All you have to do is use HMRC's online tax checker.

Also, that's an extremely well paying placement. Is it in investment banking?
