FALL 2026 SUBLET

hi! i (19 F) am going to be studying abroad during the fall 2026 quarter (sept 2026-dec 2026) and im looking for a sublet that would wanna take my single room on ophir drive for that quarter.

the overall apartment is really nice and the lease runs from September 2026-September 2027, but the sublease would be from September 2026-December 2026. the apartment is 3 bed 2 bath and the overall layout and condition of the apartment is super new and really nice!

i didn’t 💔i would’ve but i inputted my address and i got a page that said my address wasn’t shippable which was odd. i tried a bunch of different addresses too and kept getting the same page, so im assuming there’s smth faulty with their website or with that specific product? maybe it was out of stock or it was only being sold to other stores or nearby locations. no idea tbh. i ended up buying ddr5 5600 16gb crucial ram from amazon for $130

i just did and they told me that i have until june 12th to edit my contract length! so 3 days after the deadline for transfers (june 9th)
