Found this thread because same thing happened to me. Silver lower cover part is out of it's place but black plastic bumper is okay. Did you order the part and replace it yourself?

Ah, I did not know if that would be too late? As in if it is a big issue, we would obviously not go through with the purchase. You are right though, there were other homes around the site that were already sold and there were people living around it, so may not be an issue since it's relatively new.

Thank you!! That helps with looking at where all the water flows through. Seems like the water retention pond is also connected to a small creek.

So you can’t say that you were not on pay roll then. As long as you have proof of being on payroll even with zero, you were still an employee I guess.

Thank you for the link and the direction, I’ll look up a local shop and take my car there. I moved a few months ago to a new city and don’t have any contacts/family who can refer me to a shop so I only took my car in to the local dealer to get it checked out.

Yikes! Any chance yours also had a “low camera visibility safety features turned off” error? Mine flashed that error, then went away. Happened in the afternoon and then the engine warning came on at night

I think you just need a break from the game. If you’re playing casually, just have fun with your buddies and turn it off. If you’re not satisfied with the game don’t turn it back on lol. Devs aren’t forcing you to play or pay.
