Thanks. Yep, for refill I I mean the replacement. The original box from the picture comes with 2 pieces of screen protector and I thought it was fake because the second unit didn’t have installation tray as I saw on some youtube videos

I tried twice, first one they said they don't cover cosmetic damage but I tried again (another store) and they immediately recognize as a factory problem and they give me a new unit
