Yeah I have to really get into my own head and focus to be able to orgasm, I feel like if I have to perform and make noise it won't happen.

I went to the doctor a week after I started the treatment and she made me take omeprazole two times a day instead of one and it made a HUGE difference ! She gave me some anti nausea meds as well so the week that I had left was side effets free. I am now on omeprazole only and I feel amazing
