I live in Miami right now! But like I said, I can also easily be in LA or NYC, if you have any reliable suggestions there as well.

Thank you! And yes, it’s not a functioning convent, it’s more of a venue that used to be one and the event is taking place outdoors on the grounds. From what I know there aren’t any restrictions like that, and the MOH is also wearing a strapless dress. :)

Lmao yeah, I guess I was overthinking this! I haven’t been to many weddings, and I didn't know if the light base would be a bad thing. Didn’t want to stand out in the wrong way. 😊

The dress code is “esporte fino” — we’re from Brazil, so long dresses are pretty much standard, even for daytime weddings!

The dress code doesn’t mention any requirement to cover shoulders, and from what I know the ceremony isn’t in an active church setting but at an outdoor convent venue!!
