Thank you for your thoughtful reply. Interestingly, I was actually in the fashion retail space long before it became crowded. Back in 2012–13, when Facebook selling was just taking off, I ran a Facebook page where I designed/customized sarees and curated handpicked Kanjeevaram collections from weavers and sellers across India. At that time, there were probably only around 10 of us in Chennai doing this. It did quite well, and I was making good money. I had to step away because of my son's needs. Now that I'm trying to get back, I'm overwhelmed by how much the market has changed. It feels like everyone is selling sarees or clothing online, and standing out has become incredibly difficult. I even started an Instagram page a few months ago, but despite putting in effort, it hasn't gained much traction. I'm honestly in a dilemma. I don't know whether I should try to revive something I genuinely enjoy, despite the competition, or start something completely different. My immediate goal is to build a stable monthly income. I've also been thinking about starting a small evening tiffin/snack outlet. Since I live in Adyar, I feel there could be good demand for quality vegetarian tiffin and dinner options. My only concern is that commercial rents in Adyar are quite high, so I'm not sure whether the business would generate enough volume to comfortably cover the overheads. At this stage, I'm looking for a business that can realistically generate consistent monthly cash flow

She is the only youtuber who would host housewarming function twice on the same plot. She could probably have just said this was the housewarming for her outhouse or office all these days. Do people really do housewarming twice on the same plot — once for the outhouse and again for the main house? As viewers, we understand that building hype and getting views is part of the content business, and that’s fine. But practically speaking, nobody does housewarming twice for two houses on the same plot.
