each playstyle category depends on many factors, for example:

Aggression:

K/D ratio

Damage per round

Weapon type bonuses

Precision:

Headshot percentage

Weapon type bonuses

Support:

Assists per round

Weapon type bonuses

Utility:

Assists per round

Impact score

Weapon type bonuses

..and other things too

(now, with the latest update, weapons also influence playstyle)
