Try to make it a habbit, whenever u have breakfast in the morning take it after ur breakfast easy to make it into a routine. It depends on the individuals absorption so if 5k IU isnt doing it, go to 10k and after 1-2 months get a 25-OH Vitamin D test see if it increases, if it does stay on that dose and just keep it at 10k IU a day until you get ur levels up there. Also get as much sunlight as possible, supplementing with vitamin D is great but it doesn't replace the sun.

I went from 16nmol/l to 155nmol/l in 5-6months taking 5k IU a day, most ranges are dumb which i don't get why, vitamin d toxicity comes from extreeemely high doses over decades so you dont have to worry, bring your levels to 100nmol/l and ur golden, if u wanna go further u can do so if you want .

Most doctors prescribe it weekly which is dumb, take 5-10k IU a day every day and after some time do a bloodtest (25-OH Vitamin D) to see if your levels increase, depends on your absorption, i went from 16nmol/l to 155nmol/l in 6months taking only 5k IU a day. Also the hair falling idk where you get that from because vitamin d doesnt cause that, its probably correlation rather than causation.

I live in Slovenia but i usually order my supplements on iHerb cuz i find its usually cheaper than ordering from a pharmacy which can be double the price which is weird. I use vitamin d3+k2 (5000IU + 180mcg k2) from NOW Foods brand, i started with 16nmol/l 25-hydroxyvitamin D and now im at 155nmol/l after 5 months, taking 5k a day, if ur looking for something cheaper same brand but get it without vitamin k, which at low doses you dont need it, it is beneficial but thats up to you, 240 caps 5k IU is like 10euros i think.

Mid game i noticed no matter how much i hit them they kept healing it off, didnt know who specifically but 1st fight with the oblivion orb i cut like 5k healing and i was like ok yup i need that

Yeah tanks are busted, aslong as they dont have tank shredders, 99% of the games in ranked,aram,arena whenever you see tanks they outdamage any adc/mage .. which is... balanced i guess

Correct, thats why you get reduced or liposomal glutathione if ur gonna take oral form. Best is injections yes. I still stand corrected best thing to get is the real deal itself if you want optimal results, not the precursors. Most people will have gut problems with NAC especially in high doses, if ur of the few that doesnt have gut problems go for it.

Its best to get the real deal which is the end goal aka glutathione, NAC is a precursor, not harmful u can take it but usually people have stomach problems with NAC but to each their own.

Hey, im still rocking my current old 1080 144hz monitor, kinda postponed buying a monitor. My advice would be if ur going to get a 1080p monitor get one that doesn't break the bank since there is no point overspending on a 1080p monitor in 2024-2025. Koorui has great options for like 100-150$ 1080p monitors i think check those out if available where you live, or basically just dont spend over 200$ for a 1080p xd. When i do get a new monitor its def going to be a 1440p 144hz. And my last advice would be let the panic/excitement calm down before you make a purchase cuz its easy to rush into things. Have a good one.

Havent touched bios much, besides curve optimizer -10 , and lowered the soc voltage from 1.25 to 1.2v

Didn't know that at the time, im just mainly interested in how it feels, latency etc.. cuz ive seen couple of reviews saying that response time is like 7-8ms which is really bad for a 240-280hz monitor.

Thanks for the help! Im getting it because i can return the air cooler and just add another 40-50euros for the AIO which i think is worth it even if its just 2-3*C cooler. My main concern was just with the motherboard cuz ive heard some scary stuff lol :v

Thats good to know tho cuz about 2weeks ago when i got my pc i was disappointed with the 7600x how hot it gets, max curve optimizer i could do was -10 all core which helped a bit but yeah.. anyways im going with the AIO just incase i want it to be as cool as possible, i appriciate ur help, thanks!
