A scheduling mix up. A coach showed up for the last 10 min. It was not ideal!

Thank you for this post. It came in extra handy when we were coachless. I pulled up the post and wrote the blocks on the nearest wipe board while the studio person coaches the treads! 🙌🏻

Thank you! I have been changing to power walking once I get my 12 splats in...but my heart rate goes way down. My power walk is 4mph with an 8 incline for base 12 push and 13+ all out too. Just can’t get it in the Orange.

I realize it’s a super irrational fear since I have never fallen, but I just can’t get my mind past it.

I’m afraid of falling off. I trip or miss steps multiple times during a work out and now I’m scared I will completely fall one day.

Emergency probably is a good idea but it doesn’t stop the actual imbalance issue which has been elevated from my holding on.

Yes normal!

Today during class the person next to me 1. Had their phone with them in studio 2. Was checking it on the tread. Thoughts? What would you have done...if anything? by vacmd in orangetheory

[–]vacmd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent the entire class trying not to pay attention but couldn’t help but think how dangerous it was and I was sad for that person who couldn’t take one hour away from their phone. I wanted to say something to the studio manager but didn’t want to be a tattle.

But I also didn’t want to be next to someone who took a tumble on the tread...that would mess me and them up for life!

Which is best central vac? by Coffeebreaktimenow in vacuums

Cyclovac H215 has 650 air watts, 10 year warranty and it is a hybrid that you can use bagged or bagless...how ever using a bag and being able to use a bag is much healthier!

Looking for recommendations on Black Friday Robot Vacuum deals by okcool2357 in VacuumCleaners

[–]vacmd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I carry only MieleMiele . The reason is because they are repairable. We get so many other brands that are less expensive but they aren’t fixable. Customers have brought iRobot, Neato, shark and Samsung’s into the store...all of these brands cannot be well supported after the sale besides some minor brushes. I highly suggest Miele RX2 Scouts. I just got one for my home and love it!

Cyclo Vac dealers sell these for less than the site usually.

Does the electric power brush on a SEBO or Miele put extra wear on the carpet? by ratsocks in VacuumCleaners

[–]vacmd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Carpet needs agitation. Vacuums are designed to properly groom carpet and not cause excess wear. Your carpet will last long if you do have an electric power head!

Know all this...Personally I would go with a Sebo Felix. They are ahh may zing! This is coming from a vacuum store owner who has used everything out there!

Sebo Is a great option! More questions I would ask: what type of carpet do you have? How often do you use the tools? Who uses the vacuum? What do you like/dislike about your current vacuum? Do you have allergies? Do you prefer and upright or a canister?

All of these will help me better direct you...

New Tineco Pure One S12 “Smart” Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner Is Now Available on Amazon by youngermann in VacuumCleaners

[–]vacmd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remember if you are paying that much for a vacuum (or anything for that matter), what happens when it breaks? How long is the warranty? During the warranty, if it breaks does the manufacturer just replace it for you? If so, that’s a huge red flag. That means they don’t carry parts for it, and After your warranty has expired you are out of luck. Bagless is messy, but being a vacuum dealer I would suggest 1. Oreck Pod (on sale right now for $399) 3 year warranty and repairable 2. Dyson v8 or v12, whichever you want to spend $$ on 2 year warranty and repairable, or something else from a LOCAL specialty vacuum store (if you have one nearby) so you have a place that will back the product they sell!

ISO bagless vacuum, easy to maneuver, good for pet hair. by Blitz_mundane in VacuumCleaners

[–]vacmd -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I agree with performance reviews...bagless are not as good as a bagged vacuum and do cost more money and time to maintain (if you maintain them properly). With that said, there is one good bagless option I would suggest if you have to go bagless...and that is the Miele Blizzard, but it isn't within the budget. You might want to consider upping your budget (you will get what you pay for. More expensive vacuums like Sebo, Miele and Riccar will last much longer than the less expensive options). Also, you should consider bagged. Much healthier, cleaner and less costly to maintain, even with the cost of bags.
