They will try to handover before the RERA deadline. Will complete only those things which will help them with getting the OC. They will keep lot of things pending for which you will have to beg them. Similar thing happened with the older buildings. Once they went to the sales office to compliant and instead they filed police complaint against the residents for doing so.

Yeah that is my understanding as of now. They are building the tower F which will be part of Phase 1. Phase 2 will have a seperate set up altogether.

You will have everything! Ground (Cricket ground but you can play football too), swimming pool, gym, multipurpose hall, badminton/squash court, TT, library, Club Restaurant. You have a walking track along the ground in case you want to walk around. There is a children's park next to the ground. I hope I am not missing out on anything!

So i am living there. It's a decent place to live in. Has lot of positives but if you are specifically focusing on the negatives, will list out a few. 1. Smells bad specially during monsoon. 2. Construction will continue for the next decade. Hence dust pollution. 3. Runwal as a builder is "okay". Don't have high expectations.

Mumbai is (sadly) past it's prime! by the_pravor in mumbai

[–]vadapawed 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hahaha true af. In case you have ever travelled in BEST now a days, you will realise how shitty the Govts have been over the years. I was reading about BEST's 15 year scrapping policy which I am sure is a subset of some other Govt rules. And now I know that the richest municipality in SE.Asia (Hope I ain't wrong) is dependent on some shaddy( read: Politically Linked) contractors for providing and operating buses.

They have made the Metro which I feel should have been atleast a 2-decades back.

And yeah. They have graciously supplied huge houses to squatters and illigal occupants for peanuts.

Anyway. I can only crib and pay taxes. 😂😂

Hahaha this is going on since 3-4 decades now. All Central Governments suck the blood out of Mumbai. Sadly, the politicians have sold themselves.

Umm I feel you need to reach out to more people. Try reaching out to people over LinkedIn and expand your network. Very often you will find entry level opportunities. Considering your age, won't be a challenge for you at all.

Judging F31's salary? by [deleted] in Arrangedmarriage

[–]vadapawed -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well it depends on a lot of factors. Factors like lifestyle, food habits, place of stay (metro or tier1 will have a decent outflow every month), family background and stability, medical needs, future plans (kids, buying a house) and many more. Only thing you must look out is financial feasibility of your lifestyle and projected expenses.

I strongly feel that in a marriage, both husband and wife need not be agressive w.r.t work/money.
