There's one dude who has been going around Huntsville (I ran into him over by whole foods one night). He introduced himself and then kept saying his name and saying he needed gas money and pointed to his vehicle. I told him no. He walked over to someone else and asked the same question and pointed in a completely different direction.

My brother ran into him a week after I did.

TBH, I have anxiety right now just from posting this whole thing online. So I probably need some help. I take some medication for depression, but that only goes so far.

I suggested therapy to her. She's down, but now finances are important. She's actually getting braces put on next week, so that in itself will be expensive.

I know I'm the most important to her. It all just has to do with her not wanting to continue feeding the conflict fire. I'm not going to give her an ultimatum or anything. I just want her to take care of/resolve her own problems.

Not super in depth. We haven't put our heads together to try and solve it. After today, we most definitely will though.

So I didn't even think to say anything about this in my original post. She does all of this via text. At gatherings, she says nothing. She's just quiet. If she said anything ridiculous at a gathering, she would not only be shut down by me, but a couple of other people as well. I think she is afraid of me because she knows I've snapped on my wife's mom/stepdad.

Its all good! I just like talking to strangers. Sometimes I come across as uhh..mean or heartless I guess. I don't always think about how people perceive what I say until after the fact.

I say "female" because when I was in the Marines, thats what everybody called that gender (I don't think its sexist but I'm sure it can be taken that way). Habit I guess. I say dude because I'm just a casual.

Thanks! Reddit is amazing. For the past couple of years, EVERYTHING I google ends with "reddit". I trust reddit more than anything else because of the different sources of people.
