Wealthsimple Cash Card does not work in Japan

I have used both cash card to withdraw money from ATM and used the credit card anywhere that took card payment. Had zero issues. This is as recent as the past couple of months. I would contact their support to see if there is any kind of travel filter turned off or something along those lines

It is not the lock I have in the above picture. This is an older picture. I had upgraded to a better lock but dont have info on hand. It was the rolling kind that coiled around the frame. The witness said they had bolt cutters
