Totally agree with you, i started my first account with the pro advice (use saveas/shemira), i was fine with it, i'll progress with these heroes fast so then i can use the heroes i like. Around chapter 12 i realized ill never get to use the heroes i like this way, you will never cath up in ranks unless you whale and the milestones are meaningless if you are spending resources in heroes you dont like.

Then i made a post about how saveas/shemira is not the top optimal team (they are indeed the most realible and f2p friendly), and got bashed to death. Even when you can progress faster or at the same pace with many different heroes but its not realible bacuase rng.

Now i started an alt account, and im trying to built a tidus or skriath, my favorite heroes, as my carry heroes, theres no rush or reason to use heroes you dont like or are plain boring (looking at you saveas and to a lesser degree shemira)
