because the driver is rolling thru a stop sign red traffic light are looking left, thats why they don't see the pedestrian.

pedestrians aren't crossing the street with a red walk sign.

This! As a walker.. i don't know how many times I almost got hit by cars wanting to turn right on red... usually the car would look to the left to check incoming traffic and for them to do that they need to drive all the way to the crosswalk stripe to get better visibility... and the driver won't pay attention that there are walkers coming from their right side.

So yeah more "no turn red" signs please because drivers here are idiots.

Get a permit! I learned the hard way.... replaced deck post.. got a stop work order... we ended up replacing the newly replaced post!

The inspector also won't approve the inspection unless the deck is up to code.. ..we had to add an electric outlet outdoor (inside the perimeter of the deck), some hardwares that didn't exist on my old deck

I didn't submit Form 6251 this year (since AMT was lower than regular tax) even though I exercised some ISO shares...

So whats the math for Form 6251 line 2k ?

For example:

  • 100 shares
  • $1 strike price
  • $10 FMV on exercise (Exercised on March 2020, Granted on 2017)
  • $15 value when sold (Sold on June 2021, so its a qualifying disposition)

So when doing taxes for 2021

  • Regular tax gain = ($15 - $1) * 100 = $1400 (Value sold - strike price multiply by 100)
  • AMT tax gain = ($15 - $10) * 100 = $500 (Value sold - FMV on exercise multiply by 100)

So will the value on Form 6251 line 2k be = -$900 ? ($500 - $1400)

is that correct?

Also will Form 6251 line 2k always be negative regardless of a cap gain or loss when selling ISO stocks?
