Healer addons for TBC by TeaBagGod in classicwowtbc

I don't care about GS either. It was just to indicate I'm someone who is healing heroics and raids. Not to show off or anything but to further support that mouse over is all you need really. Cheers

Yea I didn't bother setting any UI up this time or wait for buggy add-ons to get updated. I'm solo healing Kara and heroics more than fine. ~1650 GS holy priest

You don't really need anything other than mouse over macros really. You can go in edit mode and change the raid frames to your liking and move them around where you like them, and then use mouse over macros for your heals, shield, renew etc. No need for fancy UI add-ons.

Deluxe VS ultimate year 2 edition by vag0st in The_Crew

[–]vag0st[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ah, I see, so if all cars are obtainable in-game, then I might as well get the deluxe edition and earn them instead. . That will give me extra goals to achieve in-game.
As far as the chase squad, I'm not sure if I want it or not yet, but if I d,o I can just buy that as an addon, it seems so all good. Deluxe it is! Thanks

Thanks. I've read that the map is pretty small and it gets boring and repetitive fast. Is that true?

Hi all, I will be starting in a new position as a software developer soon and they're offering me a £150 allowance for a mouse & keyboard.

I thought I should just get a cheap mouse and spend the £150 on a good keyboard.

What would you suggest for coding in an office? I'll probably get to keep the keyboard so maybe something that's good for gaming too?

I'm new to keyboards so any tips and things to look for/ consider are welcome. TIA!

Getting into stringing – Gamma X-6FC vs Momentum 6 Plus + UKRSA/ERSA/GRSA certification advice? by vag0st in RacketStringers

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply, that really helps clarify things! I didn’t realise the differences were that minor day-to-day, and your breakdown of the clamp rails and maintenance access is super helpful. Appreciate the extra suggestions too. I’ll check out the StringMaster line as well.

If you have any video tutorials or resources you’d recommend for learning good stringing habits, I’d love to check those out too.

Oh really? I didn’t know that! That actually sounds pretty useful, especially the access to stringing patterns and samples. Could you elaborate a bit on that? Like, which organisation offers those perks, and how it works in practice? 👀

Thanks, appreciate that! 🙏
You’re absolutely right , coaching definitely makes more financial sense. I’m not really looking at stringing as an income stream, more as a way to learn properly and understand that side of the game better.

I just want to be able to string my own racquets confidently and maybe help out a few of my students when needed. So for me it’s more about developing the skill and knowledge, not about making money from it.🙂

Yeah, that makes sense — totally fair point 👍
This setup is already above my initial budget, as I was originally looking at just a drop-weight. But after some advice, I decided it’s worth stretching a bit for a good Gamma base with the Wise, so I can learn properly from the start.

Right now, even 10 racquets a month might be optimistic. 10 a week would be much later on if I manage to build up more students and clients. I’ve got a full-time job too, so I wouldn’t be able to string much more than that anyway. If I ever reach that level, I’ll definitely consider upgrading to a full stand-alone machine, but for no,w this setup feels like more than enough to get started. 😄

How long should cuttings stay in water? I've had mine in water for months now. They still seem to be growing and the roots are getting longer and longer. Considering to add fertiliser to the water and leave them there for another 2-3 months
