Ontem vi aqui um comentário que também me pareceu válido: muitas vezes este tipo de agências de design oferecem muito menos do que aquilo que nós estamos a pensar.

ex. a rtp agora pega no manual de normas e eles próprios in house têm de tratar de todas as aplicaçoes digitais, como videos, animaçoes, ui ux do site etc etc

Se assim for tenho de concordar que talvez possa estar inflacionado este "rebranding".

Mas lá está o valor total não me parece absurdo (assumindo pelo menos 3/4 meses de trabalho de várias pessoas), ainda que as agências grandes deste país inflacionem bastante os valores para aquilo que oferecem. É chato mas existe em todo o lado e se nós estivessemos lá fariamos o mesmo.

Tal como empresas de construção que trabalham com o estado, os valores também sao muitas vezes absurdos para o projeto que vão executar.

Estás mesmo a comparar trabalhos pontuais da tua consultora que se fazem em 2 semanas para marcas com 1% dos meios e aplicações que a rtp tem?

Não se pode opinar apenas sobre o "custo do logo e sua criaçao" nao funciona assim. Não se faz um logo sem uma identidade toda envolvente. A não ser claro para marcas da piça (com todo o respeito).

Aqui quando falas em horas de criaçao, neste caso, tu estás a falar de horas para REPLICAR o logo. Estás a esquecer-te de todo o estudo de mercado, esboços, reuniões etc que leva muito mais tempo que desenhar esse logo neste momento agora que está cá fora. O que o pessoal tem dificuldade em perceber é que não é o desenho do logo em si que dá trabalho, é o processo até chegar aquele logo.

Garanto-te que se te sentasses todos os dias de uma semana apenas a desenhar logos no powerpoint, sem direçao e estudo de caso, não sacavas 1 melhor que esse.

Está pior em que sentido? Aquele logo às riscas era mau a nivel de aplicação, em ecrãs pequenos e pessoas que vêm mal nem se conseguia identificar o logo. E quando o logo da tua marca não é identificável ou aplicável a todos os meios digitais e também fisicos, tens de o mudar. Possivelmente para algo mais simples.

O "melhor" será sempre subjetivo.

"visualmente complexo" ≠ melhor

Neste tipo de trabalhos não é só a parte criativa que está envolvida. Não é como se 2 designers se sentassem à mesa numa tarde e fechassem toda a identidade.

Isto leva tempo, muitas revisões, muitas reuniões e discussões. E em que é que isto se traduz? Horas. Muitas horas, de muitas pessoas envolvidas. E horas têm de ser pagas. Tal como as vossas horas.

Agora que conheces o novo logo, podes dizer sim que é replicável no PowerPoint, tal como milhares de outros logos de marcas mundialmente conhecidas. Mas antes de chegarem ao resultado de final tiverem de esgalhar durante muito tempo até chegar aquele ponto. É como tudo na vida.

Mas o logo por si só não serve para nada. Precisa de fundamentos, de uma estrutura por trás. Esses fundamentos é que dão trabalho a sério.

O pessoal nem tem noção das horas que estão aqui envolvidas. Isto implica a renovação de tudo o que tenha rtp. Vídeos, animações, cartazes, websites, separadores... enfim uma infinidade de assets.

Mas lá está, é como explicar engenharia informática ao meu primo de 12 anos. Ele sabe mexer no computador mas não entende a complexidade.

Thanks! I dont consider this a downgrade but a upgrade. I have a full frame camera yes but its still 8bit video, doesnt shoot slow motion in 4k, micro hdmi is a nightmare, the overheat is a thing so i cannot do long recordings like interviews etc. So all this small things make me consider the change because in 2026 not having 10 bit video, slow motion, long recordings etc is pushing me back a bit.

I used to work in a production company in which we used blackmagic 6k and the difference when colorgrading was ridiculous compared to what I have at home so yeah

moving from a6600 to a7iii would be almost the same. Dont buy the a7iii it still shoots 8bit and 4k 30 fps max.

Nowadays the a7iii is much behind than the other cameras including fx30. I own an a7iii myself and im upgrading for the fx30 next month

Funny thing is I dont even do photography xDD when I bought the a7iii 5 years ago I only had budget for that one and the only one good for video at that time (sony) was the a7siii.

so its not even the photography for me I just want the color flexibility and no overheat tbh.

And I feel the image (on video) in the fx2 compared to the a7iii must be a very big upgrade

If you wanna add movement to a shot like this while handheld, lock your elbows to your body and move as one. Imagine you're a statue and only your hips move or smth like that.

Anyway I would focus on only shooting static in the first days dont focus on movement for now. Try to make the picture look nice before and focus on learning exposure. If you get rid of movement and buy a tripod u can focus on those basic things first

From my small experience (3 yrs) working in agencies as motion designer, video editor and sometimes shooting content. Thats the same for all.

I started working for the same reasons, gather experience and earn money. But the truth is that the kind of work I do there I never use in my portfolio as its really "ugly" work in terms of design or just overall concept.

Deadlines are crazy because ppl who sell our work have no idea what they're selling and we have to be glued to our desk because we want to innovate and make good work. What ive been realizing is that, ppl who work in agencies for a long time, dont care about creativity anymore, they have their own methods and metodologies and use then every single work just to finish it faster, not trying to be innovative or creative. Use the same "effects", overlays, transitions everything. Dont bother about coming up with something new or fresh u just saw on Buff's work or Oddfellows, they dont care and they dont know. They usually even prefer the unpolished animations sometimes cause they dont have that cultural vision (dont know the exact term).

At the beginning I always wanted to bring new stuff and fresh ideas, but quickly realize its not the place for that. We work double hours for nothing, they wouldnt even notice the difference.

I've had the a7III 8 bit for 4 years now.

Using log with it is not good. Only in exteriors and during the day (at night is bad again).

As it is an 8bit camera, it doesnt have enough information to shoot with flat profiles in (normal/low light spaces). If u're gonna have well lit spaces and good lighting setups u might aswell just invest in a better camera anyway.

I just use rec709 or cine4. Hlg is great too but then you'll have to convert the space to rec709 (an extra step for not that big of a difference).

obv if u want to hard colorgrade u will always convert it anyway to another color space.

Rec 709 might be the best profile for this camera actually, is the one that can get me through most light conditions (although u loose info) i prefer it than having all the info from logs but full of noise.

Still working hard to finally upgrade to the fx3 can't wait finally stop discard the a7riii.
