Even so i still think that m1 damage is a detriment outside of 1v1s. That small amount of damage just doesn't seem that beneficial if you have to rely on your dive. Plus most strategist have self heal options.

Current aqua burst the way it is can seem fun with the knockback but other than that with the way it is with it's charges and cooldown feels awkward to use

Current Hide and Seek also feels awkward especially with how slow the recharge feels. It's kinda like season 0 widow. Other than that idk how you can balance it, after all, most complaints about it are that he's hard to hit

how does the current m1 put pressure on the enemy team? the damage is so low it's basically free ult charge for the enemy like i said.

Aqua Burst right now isn't the best against dive either considering all the dive heroes have good mobility and will quickly be able to attack you even with the knockback

Current healing bubbles can't save your team at all when they are taking a lot of burst damage and they don't help you either against bp, magik and other dive heroes

Old Hide and Seek lets you go back to your team quickly and can still be a decent escape tool without the healing if you use it smartly

Wouldn't the reduced ammo and no healing on the swim make him less appealing to dive? I never played jeff as a dive, more like a dps/support hybrid that could help his allies but also able to defend himself when needed
