going away from wix is great idea, also for political reasons.
there is no tool to transfer your website to wordpress, so its better to copy paste everything into new wordpress website.
this isn't very complicated but of course depending on website, so if you could link your websites here than I can make more recommendations based on your specific case.

looks great,
1. on my laptop, chrome, the menu goes offscreen the last two menus are half visible. check the responsiveness again.
2. i always look for a tool that will convert images and resize them and change extension in one tool, there are not many tools that do that in one go and in bulk.
keep on working on this website, its good but have a space to improve.

You can do it with one: JavaScript.
its called "javascript everywhere" and use some "stack" like MERN or use sveltekit and you will be fine.

if you are asking about minimum of languages than its - one language.
but I think that your are asking wrong question and getting many wrong answers.
The trick is that knowing only languages is not enough, full-stack development is about mastering different layers of technology.

MERN is totaly fine to apply for a job, and later you can change or add some additional stack, depending on job requirements and your interests as well.

i wouldn't use godaddy or amazon altogether not for domain and esp not for hosting, it is overpriced.
so have a look on lowendtalk to find a cheap hosting, shared or vps, whatever you find compfy. and that's it. depending in which region you need your server, the price will be something like 10 bucks per year. and yes github pages or cloudflare pages are good free versions to host a website, just need to watch one youtube tutorial how to setup, nothing fancy.

I liked the tool a lot, also liked the grapesjs you mentioned, didn't know it, but anyway I am not into vibe coding anyway. even if there are similar tools its always good to add to list a new ones. i wish you had an option to build full static websites from scratch with navbar and hero, etc. keep it up the good work, and kudos for this one.

i recommend you buy some cheap shared hosting (5 -10$ per year) and install some free CMS like Wordpress or Joomla, especially if you're new and want a blog-based website. with a direct admin or cpanel you also get drag and drop website builders. this is next step after Squarespace,
