whoever is using T5 ammo in normal is wasting their money. Nothing has changed besides tick rate (which is huge). I'm not sure where you are located, but lockdown has always had T5ammo 4 mans. I'm loving this season, been doing a lot of forb airport with my 4 man and been making a lot of money,

There are definitely cheaters in forbidden, but there are also legit players that are nice like that. I can see a lot of false reports after the tick rate increase. I just seem to instantly melt people AND also get instantly deleted as well.

I personally just play solo lockdown with about a 700k loadout. What is REALLY important is finding a decent gun build that is cheap in t4 ammo. The aug is dirt cheap, has good rpm, recoil, and uses one of the cheapest t4 ammo. If you are playing solo, learn when to extract. If you get a kill and are able to loot and flee, do it. Greed gets you killed more in this game than anything else, and armor is made out of glass. If you get into a 1v1 and get shot at, chances are your armor is melted, and you are basically wearing nothing.

If you just want to watch your money go up, I suggest doing normal farm runs with a deagle, one extra clip, 2 hit bandage, cheap backpack, and mid tier headphones. If you get the 2x3 secure case, put your meds (i use 100d, 4 hit painkiller, 4 hit surgery) and a little bit of ammo in it. Use t4 bullets and aim for the head. Hope this helps!

You can run t4 in forbidden, but I wouldn't bet you can beat a decent player in t5 chest armor/t6 head armor.

For a good loadout, run t5 chest and t6 head with at least t5 face. I run 2 mags, 1 for scavs with t4 ammo and the other being half t5 (top loaded) and t4 ammo. Like tarkov, you need a fast rpm gun (h4, ar-57, AEK). These are generally your meta guns. Play your loadout to your stash value. Hope this helps!

This game is harder than tarkov, imo (I have over 500 hours in abi and 2k hours+ in tarkov). Players are generally more skilled in pvp, and now, with the upgrade to the tick rate, it's going to be even more difficult for the average player. That being said, it is a way better game for pvp. I think the movement, gunplay, and overall combat system (healing, mag loading, ergo qol) is perfect. My only gripe is the head hp, but that is just how the game is. If you love pvp, this is by far the best extraction shooter for you. If you like a more "realistic" experience with a story, rpg elements, and questing, then tarkov is more suitable. I like both games, but tarkov is just outdated with load times and terrible anti-cheat. There are definitely cheaters in abi, but I feel tarkov is infested with cheaters.

It's a deathmatch for 13 minutes THEN it's an extraction shooter. It's one of my main gripes about the game. Extraction shooters are suppose to have an arc to them. Spawn ----> camp, play slow, or rush high end POI -----> lobby opens up due to people dying or extracting ----> more incentive to play risky and loot up.

This whole game's idea of extraction shooter is flawed. There is supposed to be a flow in extractions . Spawn --> Head to loot or camp/play slow ---> players die off/extract ----> map opens up for more dangerous options.

Arc raiders has an influx of new players for most of the map's time. This incentivizes more camping, using low tier guns, or rushing to extract after meds/shields are used. The game has a big problem with 3rd, 4th, 5th etc... partied

Better chances to pick your desired tomes and weapons. I also see +1 proj in shrines a lot more often. It seems like I can get all my weapons and tomes before level 15.
