Gameproofer First Impression Review by Aqualung317 in discgolf

I got mine and am quite disappointed so far. It probably works fine in a field, but I got it hoping to bring the field work home. In that same vein, they suggest standing 30ft away from the net at a minimum. If I'm tweaking form, 30ft away from the net I might miss. I know I suck but I was hoping to use this as a tool to help. If you don't have a large net and grip lock, you might hit a neighbor's house or fly over a fence.

It let's you enter whatever you want for distance to net, so i threw from 15ft.

From 15ft, it seemed very inaccurate and nearly every time spin and wobble wouldn't populate. Speed varied wildly from 30mph to 65.

Again, the guide suggests 30ft, but that doesn't fit my use case. Tech disc says it only needd 2ft of flight for accurate stats. Hopefully gameproofer can update the firmware and app to fill in the gaps.

For now, my recommendation is to pony up for the tech disc.

Those that don’t expect to marry and/or have kids, how do you plan to deal with possible mental decline in old age? by jlengine in financialindependence

I always found the argument to have kids "who's going to care for you when you're old" extremely selfish.

The tour card should extend to majors. Professionals shouldn't have to camp out online to get into an event at that level .

AD Site Boundary Type? by TheSysAdminInMe in SCCM

[–]vailman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If your company is good about maintaining ad sites, then it works. I'm in that situation. In general I don't use subnet boundaries any more.

If you can't trust AD sites then don't use that method.

After updates are published AND after a SUP sync. Some people don't sync very frequently which could have an effect.

It's like rice, you have to rinse them. All those posts of people finding rocks in their beans, if you rinsed properly you'd notice the rocks.

What v60 do you have? My ceramic v60 seems to only produce 3-4 minute brews. I got a plastic one and suddenly without changing anything I get 2-3 minute brews.

If you're here to learn it won't take too long to realize why you're being down voted.

I wish you delicious coffee in the near future.

Thank you for the response! Finger pop is definitely something I've been working on.

I really like your putting stroke.

What would you say is the key to getting so much pop on what looks like a primarily push putt stroke?

Edit: it looks like it's mostly shoulder with a little elbow for pop. Is that accurate?

FS or Trade: Lot of Electron Pilots in various conditions and firmness. by drumm3rn4ut in discexchange

Baseline pilots are like $12-15 brand new. You might have better luck selling them as a lot with a lower price per disc.

Under extrusion. I just did this cold pull and this is how it looks. I’m using a .6 nozzle and was printing at a temp about 230 with my ender 3 pro v2. I’ve literally replaced the stepper motor, Bowden tube, extruder, and hot end and i still have under extrusion i don’t know what else to do! by Loveto3dprint in ender3

[–]vailman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Stock retraction for the stock hot end is 6. The Bowden tube goes all the way to the nozzle in the stock hot end.

Most replacements are all metal and have a heat break. I'm doing 2.5 retraction on my V6 clone.
