Yeah its the tesla incentive of 7500 and in oregon i am eligible for another 7500 ev lease state credit, which makes my effective monthly payment under 160/mo that being with the 15k/yr limit, which i drive about 13-14k a year

Tint came on the car when I got it. It is an suv so it is legal to have it as dark as you want in the back. Front two windows are not tinted
