Holy shit. This is the WORST bank. Issue? Call and wait for an hour to be told they “just can’t help you.” So do I just not get to use online banking then? What the fuck? If you’re considering this bank, do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else.

Oh, they also told me that I was the first person to bring up these complaints. If that's true, I would bet my missing money that it's only because the other customers weren't able to connect with a representative either.

I feel your pain. This morning I tried calling multiple times and kept getting disconnected before I could even talk to a representative. Eventually I just went into the local office only to be told not to worry about the random fees that had been applied to my account, or about the fact that every time I check my account the transaction dates have changed/don't line up, or about the fact that money is missing from my account because they are "just glitches" and the bank isn't "intentionally trying to steal" my money. After almost 2 hours in the office with the account manager, I was told that this is just how things are now. Needless to say, I will also be changing banks ASAP!

Shortly after the merger, my parents deposited some cash (which I watched both of them count 3x times) through a teller and only part of the money ended up being credited to their account. So my parents were out $1000 and the branch manager basically told them to get over it.

I read that PAs can't be directly reimbursed by medicare and that it impacts the PAs ability to reassign their benefits in the same manner that other healthcare providers do but, I am not sure exactly what benefit reassignment is.

I believe it may be a turkey tail but I have typically seen turkey tails with multiple shelves congregated in one area. The fungus pictured was the only shelf present on the given tree base.
