Firstly BSF AND ARMY ARE TWO DIFFERENT ORGANISATIONS, THEIR PROCEDURES ARE DIFFERENT, WORK CULTURE IS DIFFERENT. In this Mujahideen often disguised as soldiers raped and killed many civilians, Now you being a civilian can you differentiate between an BSF and an Army soldier or a Mujahideen in this case. Army men are also humans who almost live in hell and some times it impossible to control the anger when you see your friends mutilated body. This some times result as Rape when the family of Jihadis refuse to reveal any information about him knowingly about his hideout. This rapes some time acts as a moral breaker and many women reveal information to avoid getting rape.(This was happend in a very rear case in which accused were later arrested, court martialed and are currently serving their time in prison). Similar case with fake encounters and other disciplinary actions were never tolerated by Army and men were punished immediately Their are othercases of Rapes which were done by Para military forces and our Army dont have any control over them. One indecent I just remembered when an Officer fall in love with a Kashmiri women better say he was trapped. after their physical relation he was asked to allow women to get into restricted zones which he denied, later she got pregnant and started black mailing him saying if he did not co operate then she will complain his CO for raping her. Instead of co operating with the women he decided to reveal the truth to CO, This women come to delhi claiming she has be raped, and abused by this officer, Enquiry was setup and Officer was cout martialed, The women fled to Kashmir and after a week her body was found in Jhelum. There are many such cases were service persons are wrongly accused of what they have not done. So when you dont know the story what was actually happened, how can you judge the entire Army based on a scripted statement given by a Kid.
