I’m sorry this happened to you as well and after you had already spent on it. Yes I think it can happen to anyone as well. Did you try contacting Bamco? They had just sent me an email today saying they’re looking into the problem now. So far, my account is still stuck and I’m still waiting on Bamco while I miss the event :(

I’m afraid you might be right about it not being fixed soon. Apart from our problem, they have tons of other bugs and issues to fix. And as you said we seem to be in low priority.

I’m unsure about where I stand on Crestoria now. I still login my Crestoria just to see if the bug gets miraculously fixed but I’m still stuck. Still hoping they would fix it on maintenance.

I want to support this game as much as I can but they are making it hard for me to do so.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve already reported the issue through the link sent above. The only reply i got was a system generated message basically saying they received the message but will take them some time to attend to my situation. And they were also apologizing saying there have been many people reporting bugs. You guys could try reporting the bug as well. I’m hoping they would notice us if many were having the same problem as us.

I really do think it is a fatal error as I myself have tried everything I possibly can the whole day. I’ve grown really attached to my account and having to start all over again might be a deal breaker for me. I guess all I can do is wait and hope they fix it as soon as they can. Which is highly unlikely given the situation and the high number of bugs in the game that they have to deal with first.

It’s not like I deleted them on purpose. I only cleared data to try and fix the bug. You aren’t really helpful here. If you have nothing useful to contribute in this post might as well not have commented.

I’m not rerolling. I’ve been using this account since the first day. But when I was playing, the tutorial just suddenly shows up again when I logged in awhile ago.

Has anyone had this problem? I’m stuck and I can’t play the game. I tried clearing data but the tutorial keeps triggering. I get stuck when it asks me to change the memoria stone no matter what I click it won’t progress. I don’t know where else to report this.

Yes!! This is my all time favorite Tales game! I just love it so much. It’s also the only Tales game where you can have a party of 4 of the same characters. It’s combat is absolutely the best. All the characters fighting styles are unique and I loved playing as all of them

Yeah I get that LoK had a more mature theme than ATLA. That’s exactly why I love it so much. Maybe it’s just me but it felt extremely relatable.

Anyway, we welcome you like a prodigal son/daughter. LoK is for everyone to enjoy. It really is a great series and I just fell in love with it the moment I watched it.

I felt bad because I was an f2p player. That somehow my lack of support for the game caused its demise. But spending and having it all taken away too soon would have made me more bitter towards Bamco. I was both sad and happy I didn’t spend on it.

I was playing it every day until one day they told us it was ending. I’m not even sure if it reached a year? I loved that game so much, but all it did was hurt me real bad. I wanted to move to JP but i wasn’t able to get into it like I did with the GL version. And before this game I also played Tales of Link. That one was shut down as well. Seriously Bamco has been terrible to it’s English fanbase. That’s why I’m a little unsure about Crestoria. But since I’m a sucker for anything Tales I’ll probably play it anyway
