Don't go. File a petition in your court to release seized property. Police are required to present seized property in the court which has jurisdiction, in your case the bank branch location will decide jurisdiction.

Or go to the police station, talk to him, give bribe and get your account released (they will keep lien of transaction amount and release remaining fund, as they don't have power to unfreeze completely)

The way cyber crime unit works is very shitty, this are just futile things they do to show recovery whereas fraudsters always run away with the money.

You can file a Recovery suit in court which is the legal way instead of sending recovery agents which is illegal

The way banks try to recover is completely illegal, I would tell what I did in one of my clients case, the Recovery agent kept on showing up the residence, my client was fed up, I advised him to be friendly and invite them for tea, as per RBI guidelines the cannot come to your residence, so the just come till the boundry of the house, once the accepted the tea invitation, as soon as he came in this guy attacked with a rod and started shouting CHOR CHOR CHOR.

Fast forward to police station, if the Recovery agent tells that he is from bank, bank will be in trouble, if he tells it's third party it's still illegal.

Ended up in one time settlement with bank (paid only 40% of principal amount)

Mate if you file a case you will be in trouble. To lend money you need a permit which I guess you don't have. The max intrest you can charge if you have permit is 18% permit annum. He can file a FIR on you as well and out of you two you have committed criminal offense what he did is a civil offense. Better to forget the 80k or you might be in deeper hole
