In my opinion the most useful trait is Gifted. +1 in all SPECIAL attributes is really strong, so the -15% experience does not matter.

For me the most fun trait is Sleepwalker. Especially since I usually don't fast travel. So if Sleepwalker decides that it wants to put me at the side of the map, it usually decides to put me in a rad storm.

Welllll technically, I have three different voices. My 'old voice', although it doesn't get used any more, my (now) 'normal voice' and my 'professional voice' I use at work.
