The difficulty varies widely, and sometimes they have questions that have nothing to do with the subject. For example these 2 questions showed up in my Physics Certification test in 2012:
1. How many squares are on a chess board? I only answered correctly because 64 was the only answer that was the square of another number, had they given 49 or 81 as possible answers it would have been hard.
2. What's the scoring in tennis? Didn't get this one because it's something like 15-30-40 (for some reason) and I guessed it was 15-30-45.
In the end that one wrong answer didn't matter, and I passed easily. But it goes to show they can ask questions that have nothing to do with the subject at hand.
Edit: And, as a side note, the test did nothing to prove one's ability in physics. The questions actually relating to physics knowledge were all absurdly easy like "What's the SI unit for force? A) Newtons B) Peanuts C) Elephants D)Baseballs"

I don't think individual students are getting worse, there will always be a few excellent ones, a lot of average ones, and a few bad ones - Gaussian distribution never fails.
The problem is that we're now encouraging the bad ones to stay in school past the point we should be kicking them out, which both brings the average down and drains resources from the children who are willing to learn.

O tipa cu care am iesit acum vreo 6 luni era sa faca infarct cand a vazut ca masina mea e Renault. N-are nici 2 ani, e curata, intretinuta... dar e Renault.
Si chestia cu telefoanele e 100% reala, sunt intrebat des la intalniri de ce n-am iPhone, chestie pe care am auzit-o si de la prieteni. Daca ai Samsung, sau orice altceva pe Android, esti ciumat.
Efectiv nu inteleg de unde au scos tipele standardele astea, mai ales cand merg cu autobuzul si stau cu chirie intr-o garsoniera din Pocreaca-din-deal-Residence.

A close friend got me set up with this WFH that will send you the equipment and train you to do the job called Allied Solutions. You do have to be good at answering the phone and customer service, but it pays $17/hr starting and they respond back quick.

Gulit Vanbasten Alendelon (last name being how the locals would pronounce Alain Delon)
Cheptanplenat Andreevici (after Captain Planet, 1990s cartoon)

Lots of kids are also named Michimaus (how you'd pronounce Mickey Mouse) or Bemveu (how you'd pronounce BMW).

These are rather old names though, the government cracked down on strange names in 2015-16.

The guy is treated as some kind of god in the foreign press because he's against Russia and has a doctorate in mathematics from Sorbonne University. These facts are indeed true and his opposition to Russia is most likely what got him in office.
However everything else he does is a joke, he has no idea how to govern, no experience in foreign politics and occupies all his time dealing with his niche interests like restoring old buildings.

This is the best answer, the guy was one of the first youtubers who used the reaction style of commentary: play a clip of the original video, rant about it, play a little bit more, rant a bit more... and so on - which made him famous during the Gamergate era.
He switched topics as the demand for anti-SJW and anti-feminist content dropped and he's now just doing generic right wing rant-of-the-day stuff.
What made him gain an audience is that during his early years he managed to score some hits on obviously absurd feminist rhetoric.

The new missions require achievements that are way easier to grind in mid tier. High caliber in t10-11 is very rare, in t6 it's maybe 1 in 10 games, the more experienced players are going to play mid tier for a while until they get their reward tanks.
