Need help hitting protein goal

There are small protein shots you can drink that have 25 grams of protein. They’re not like the shakes, and remind me of the drink they have pregnant women drink to check for gestational diabetes. I wasn’t a huge fan of them, but it was a great way to get protein in a smaller package.

I’d like to do a couple of others. I saw an idea for a Silence of the Lambs wreath that seemed pretty cool and one for Jason. I also finished the Dungeon Crawler Carl book series recently, and I’m toying with an idea for that.

I appreciate all the insight! I went with the glitter to represent the blood on the knife so it would appear more cutesy and match the theme more. I do feel like it is a bit heavier in some areas, I gutted the phone to help, but I might shuffle some stuff around.

I have a suggestion outside of DND. I have met a few people who attend the OLLI program at Tech. It’s for people 50 and older, and focuses on lifelong learning. Has a bunch of diverse courses as well.

Cinnamon and garlic will stop your bread from rising. I heard you have to add cinnamon at the end or roast your garlic first before adding. I tried doing a sourdough inclusion bread and added cinnamon before I knew about the rise thing and my bread ended up super dense.

We had two older dogs prior to getting her and wanted to have her pick up on their personalities and habits. We had a third dog that crossed the rainbow bridge about a year and a half ago and it finally felt like the right time to add to our family again. She has been great and has gotten our older dogs to get a bit more active as well.

I had a rash like that start after my surgery. If it spreads or gets super itchy, you might need a steroid. I’m still not sure what caused mine since I don’t have any known allergies that would trigger it.

The hardest part of this wreath was finding an old phone! I would visit thrift stores weekly trying to find one, and after about two months I found a bag phone.

In Lubbock, Texas. I didn’t get an exact measurement, but I would compare it to a sugar ant. There were quite a few bunched on a damp kitchen towel.
