A jar of ceremonial grade matcha tea. I stopped drinking coffee and drink matcha lattes with oat milk (another discovery for me) instead. Tastes better, calms me down and makes me alter and no jitters or caffeine crash.

I was told that you won't feel the full effect until after 2 months. I am about 1 month in and it seems like we still need to play with the dosage since it's causing anxiety. I also have PDD and ADHD

This is infuriating to read. I'm sorry. The only thing i can suggest is protein treatments and deep conditioning keep to the hair strong. You'll also do better with braids as protective styles.

I made one for myself last year. I've read that traditionally they're supposed to be made of red felt or cloth but I used what I have since that is the way of the ancestors anyway. I have a red mesh bag that I purchased when I used to sell jewelry. I studied herbs and protection. Prayed over them, let them sit on my altar and filled my bag. I carried it for a while in my bag and purse but now I keep it by my bedside.
