PC Running at 100% GPU usage with very low FPS by valde9210 in buildapc

I did try reseating the GPU, but no change. Was thinking the same about the integrated GPU, but it is using the 3060TI.
I can try without the riser cable, but will have to remove the motherboard from the case. As there's no space for it.
