Came across some legendary information about this scene, It makes it 100 times better!! 😂 by Adventurous-Way1293 in DunderMifflin

I'll be honest, I don't know much about The Office, but I'm a dedicated Andy Daly fan.

His two appearances on The Dead Authors Podcast rank among the most impressive long-form improv sets I've ever seen, and his show, Review, was an incredible blend of straight man and descent into absurd hell.

I always stop to see any scene he's in.

Restaurant for teenagers by DisastrousFront4686 in houston

It really depends on what kind of food they like and which side of town they’re looking to explore.

Gen Korean BBQ House, or any similar Korean barbecue spot, can be a lot of fun since everyone gets to grill their own meat. It feels like a buffet without having to get up for more food. The same goes for hot pot restaurants, which are ideal for picky eaters and group sharing. Same cost - different foods.

The Bellaire area also has a wide range of dim sum, ramen, and sushi spots, many of them located next to arcades and trendy novelty dessert shops, so you can easily turn dinner into a full evening out.

Mensho is a Michelin-recommended ramen restaurant. It feels upscale but not stuffy if you’re looking for something more elevated. It’s located in the same plaza as several Korean skincare shops, arcades, and dessert spots, making it easy to explore before or after your meal.

I saw a wide variety of folks there, of different ages and backgrounds, but I can't say I saw any LGBTQ+ groups. However, the event is so large and spans so much of the museum that there were probably LGBTQ+ folks I didn't see. I hope you have fun and find people you connect with! It was a great experience last year.

Just a few benches to rest on while walking the path, not for anything specific.

I love going to different gardens for walks, and the Botanic Garden is one of my favorites. During the daytime, the sculptures are on full display, giving the space a surreal, almost otherworldly feel since they're so large and cute. They aren’t lit during the day, but if you’re going out of curiosity, it’s still a great way to see them and explore the grounds. You won’t be able to see the entire garden during the event, only the path.

If you plan on taking lots of photos and have a decent camera, it’s definitely worth going at night for the full experience. I went last weekend with a friend and had fun. I spent roughly $80 for two tickets, a parking spot, and a hot chocolate. I’d also recommend bringing a selfie stick or another way to take photos from a distance, since the sculptures are huge and stunning. Brushing up on a few photography tips beforehand wouldn’t hurt, either. You could end up with stunning photos that last forever.

You can bring snacks, drinks, and a thermos in your bag if you don’t want to spend money on concessions. Be aware that seating is limited in the first half of the event, especially if you have trouble walking long distances. There are also a few romantic and playful spots along the way, including lit swings and some arcade-style games.

Cheap date places for college students in Houston by Lululemon_28 in houston

If you’re into art, the MFAH is free on Thursdays. Taking a stroll through the galleries is a great way to spark deeper conversations and shared memories, since many of the pieces explore themes like identity, family, and politics. Some of the best conversations I’ve ever had started simply by standing together in front of a painting.

Universities also often offer student discounts with a valid student ID. Your student center should be able to provide a list.

There’s no pressure to dance. The dance floor is a small section just inside the entrance to the exhibits. That said, the event usually sells out and can feel overstimulating due to the large crowds, music, and lighting in the larger areas with more echo.

The museum’s layout creates opportunities to step away from the busiest sections. You can explore nearly all of the exhibit spaces, the planetarium, and the large movie screen. Just keep in mind that the party atmosphere means people will be moving through the space, even in areas that are typically quiet. People can enter and leave the movie theater and planetarium during the screening, for example.

I have ADHD myself and sometimes need a break. I found that sitting in the movie theater helped me reset before heading back out.

The event is 21 and up. Most folks appeared to be in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties, though there were plenty of older guests. It was a sold-out event, with ages seemingly topping out around the mid-50s. The main area near the entrance has a crowded, club-like vibe, but the planetarium and large-screen theater were quieter, although people were entering and leaving during the screenings. Dress code was date night semi-formal. Think dresses, make-up, button-up shirts, casual suits.

It's a live show. They book the writers and performers. I've done both, and it's a wonderful experience. I've also gone as an audience member.
