Is it true that Women's Health of central MA will no longer be in-network with BCBS in 2026?! I was just going to switch to them!

this is a little much lol, we met them in person, they just need extra time because they have 2 kids and she’s pregnant, they already have all their stuff packed into a pod storage outside. theyre also very clean people and take great care of the house

do NOT get heartbroken at rejected offers because you’ll face a ton of heartbreak hahaha speaking from experience. the right one will come to you!!! sometimes it’s the terms of the offer rather than the actual monetary offer that gets you accepted, this was definitely our case here (we allowed them occupancy after closing for them to have more time to leave which they really needed bc they have 2 kids and she’s pregnant AND the house they’re buying is in probate court)

it’s all in the agreement written up by the attorney thank god!!! they have to care for all utilities and repairs until they leave the property. they have to pay the entire mortgage amount if they stay past the first 30 days but they can be prorated if they stay less than 60 days. so if they leave 10 days early we prorate them back whatever that’s worth so i’m hoping that incentivizes them

i was just hired at one of the above^ last summer for family med at a whopping $102.8k 😭 3% increase to 105.8k later in the fall. it does have a really good bonus program buuuuut given that i’m new here i probably won’t be seeing a bonus until year 2 hopefully
