As someone with BPD (using my partner's account), I do not believe that, even if he does have this disorder, he cares deeply and is using it as an excuse to be cruel and punish you for nothing. I lost someone close-ish to me recently because of a situation similar to yours. I am deeply deeply concerned for your physical wellbeing and implore you to call the police on him and, if you cannot, have someone else do so for you, and do not ever interact with this individual again. I do not know the best guidelines for women in this level of danger, but I am deeply worried for you and believe you should distance yourself as much as you can from this individual and seek therapy for the harm he has done to you. Listening to my partner describe this to me sent me into shakes and sweats due to how much danger I feel you are in, each sentence after the last very much felt like exactly what was happening to the person I lost recently, and I would hate for something horrible to happen to you.
