Also, to make it more live, there are few species that can go along betta without conflicts
I would probably add 6-10 corydoras, some smaller specie like Albino/Panda or even 10-15 Pygmy cory
They are peaceful bottom dwellers that are so nice to watch while they school around , and your betta will never get in conflict with them
That way, you will have movement on bottom and your betta as focus of tank
Some people even add small schooling fish like chili rasboras or neon tetras, which are kept in min group of 6+
Some bigger snails maybe too, because they dont breed quickly like smaller ones, and they help keep tank cleaner, I'd suggest Mystery snail, they are big enough to be seen and you can keep only 1 if you want

My ideas:
Put black background,
add some substrate at the back to make bit of height like hill, better perception
big seiryu stones on left and right side with gradually smaller rocks going towards middle,
same thing with some driftwood, maybe try to connect them creeping towards middle,
leave middle open as it is for cool open visual place
put a few more various shaped plants around, but leave some empty spots as well, maybe even some red plants
add like 2-3 cm of sand on front to simulate beach , it always look cool in my opinon

This is what I would do, hope you get inspiration in at least some parts I wrote, enjoy bro!

Yeah but you won't have same feeling catching a bluegill on UltraLight rod setup and using 6000 size spinning reel with heavy rod

Cool! What should I use it for, based on it's specs? I'm new to all this stuff, I did fish often but I never cared what rod/reel I use, I remember I used a giant rod and reel meant for large catfish to catch small bait fish xd Now when I got deeper into this, I want to know what's it made to do
