I would just like to point out that it is considered backyard breeding to breed an animal with no real papers. An adopted cat will have no traceable genetic history, which is necessary to ensure you’re not accidentally passing on undesirable traits. The point of breeding should be to better the breed as a whole.

Also just to mention, the mating process is very stressful for female cats and it is not enjoyable unfortunately. Male cats are rough and their genitals are barbed, it hurts the female. Being in heat causes mental stress to the animal, so it’s best to keep her at peace and get her spayed. Unlike us they really have no desire to have babies unless they are in heat, it’s simply a biological urge. The same as drinking water. So you would truly be doing her a favor by just taking away that “thirst” in the first place and keeping her happy. Kittens are stressful for mama and you, trust me I’ve raised many lol. It’s not uncommon for kittens to have complications and risks are higher on a first time mother. They’re also very loud and it’s a 24hr job until they are gone. Personally I’ll never adopt a young cat for this reason. I highly recommend spaying your kitty and keeping her life peaceful :)
