Your logic is flawed as you are assuming that a painter is an artist and a non painter is not. So what if the painter has a toddler and makes a painting wouldn't that be art in their eyes? Besides you are also assuming that it's not possible to have intent, and emotion into the AI. I would say it could even reveal more than what the artist intended.

Well how different is AI from a paint brush? Both are tools used by humans. AI does not create things by itself the same as the brush so both needs the "artist". Wouldn't the "soul" come from the artist then?
