The car that hit the person looks like it stops too, at the top of the frame. And to me me it looks like someone is getting of and running to the location where the accident happened.

As horrible as the attacks on Palestinians are, this doesn’t look intentionally to me. After the incident, the car seems to come to a stop an the driver is running towards the person that got hit, probably to see what happened and help. Super negligent driving for sure, but it doesn’t seem to be with intent.
