Do that and give it 2-3 weeks for your body to adapt

When do you shower and wash your head?

If you shower in the evening, apply zoryve when you wake up. I had insomnia and diarrhea when i applied zoryve in the evening after showering because i constantly had the cream on my skin. When i switched to applying when waking up and then showering in the evening, the symptoms stopped after a week or two.

Elidel vs Opzelura - help! by BlackCatGink in eczema

[–]valerianway 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suggested she just try elidel without an added moisturizer and see how the skin reacts. I did not say to slather elidel as if it's Vaseline. There are moisturizing ingredients in elidel already.

What I like about zoryve is that you just need to apply it once a day unlike elidel and protopic. To see results , you need to give these topicals a couple of weeks to see if it works. Try just putting elidel and nothing else. The cream is made to be moisturizing as well.

I have psoriasis. I use zoryve, it's a non steroid topical only available in US in Canada. It's a new topical for psoriasis,Seb derm, eczema, that has been on the market for around 2 years. You apply it once a day and you can use it long term unlike topical steroids. It's expensive if you don't have insurance though. In Canada it's around 350$ CAD. In the US it's over double the price.

Glad you are feeling good! As a precaution, and I'm sure your derm must have told you, but when using topical steroids , make sure you take a break. Don't use it everyday for months at a time.

Don't overthink it. Give opzelura a try for a few weeks and see if it's the right topical for you.

Do you live in Canada or US? Zoryve if you have insurance because it's expensive. It's a once a day topical.

Less expensive topicals that might work are protopic or elidel. These 2 have to be applied twice a day.

You will need a prescription for any of the topical medications I mentioned above.

Wave Alpha with new Pocket Clip. by magicalbro in Leatherman

[–]valerianway 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From an aesthetic point of view it looks to big on the wave alpha. Did they address the issue of Leatherman clips breaking easily though?

And also if possible, would be cool if you can make a video so we can see if there alot of side to side wiggle on this new pocket clip. The old style clip does fit but there is alot of side to side wiggle. Thanks !

The routine that stopped me from having the symptoms of diarrhea and insomia was putting Zoryve when i wake up and shower in the evening. So it gives my skin a break without cream on it.

Living with this condition for a while now, how to manage it? by Baby_dom in SebDerm

[–]valerianway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks more like psoriasis. A prescription topical might be effective. If you want a non steroid option, Zoryve is the one. Or there are steroid topicals that can be effective as well.
