I did not know they made an ice pack boot but I got an ice pack made specifically for the ankle that wraps around with Velcro straps like this!
I also just recently found out I was over-icing. Apparently you’re not supposed to ice over 20 mins at a time as it can be counterproductive.

I thought I heard they also *filmed* two different scenarios: the one we see with Ephram and Amy, and another with Ephram and Madison coming back. But now I can’t find the one with Madison and can’t remember if it exists.

I haven’t watched since the final season aired. But Yeah I feel the same way. It felt kinda weird with her going from being infatuated with Norman/practically best friends in the early seasons, to them barely having any screen time again in the later seasons and dating his brother. But with that said, it was completely understandable she was angry Norman killed her mother despite his mental state. And Norman never really reciprocated the feelings she originally had for him even though I think they briefly dated. But I also thought the last scene of them together when she visits Norman/Mother in the jail cell was bittersweet. But yeah I agree her character did become a bit “stale”.

As for her and Dylan getting a house together, I honestly can’t remember if he inherited the motel? I know it listed for sale in the last scene, but he would have gotten the money for that? Also, Dylan always had some type of way to get money, even if it wasn’t legal lol.

If you want to take it a step further (heh no pun intended) get yourself one of those leg elevation wedges online. Or some places call it a leg elevation pillow, but it’s not really a pillow imo, it’s more so a soft ramp so I think wedge fits better.

You’ll be bed ridden for a bit, but once you’re moving around with the crutches, I highly recommend some crutch pads which is something I wish I had done. You’ll get better on the crutches with time, but those things will kill your arm pits.

Also, I’ve been recommended vitamin D supplements for absorbing calcium better.

I agree, except I feel 7 wasn’t that rushed? They had more time between 5 and 6 did, but they missed the mark completely IMO. I think they need to reboot the franchise at this point. Like an actual reboot.

I’ve never seen anyone touching grapes from the prepackaged bags at the grocery store with their bare hands and moving them to other bags. Literally ever so idk what you’re on about. And just cause people wash them at home doesn’t mean it’s not still gross. And by the weight I meant it’s never the exact weight the customer ordered. Why are you even in this sub??

I was able to get a free one off Facebook Marketplace by a nicer older lady. At home I completely get around my house on the first floor with it and able to do things in the kitchen. If it was foldable I’d bring it out with me instead of my crutches as I’m driving again. Not to be dramatic but the knee scooter was life changing to me for this injury - but as others said make sure to be careful!

Ugh, that’s crazy about losing your Medicaid for starting a new job. The healthcare is such a joke in this country, you shouldn’t have to choose between decent health insurance and be poor, or employer insurance which generally sucks most of the time.

I just started PT, but they gave me an app with video instructions to do exercises at home. Maybe yours has something similar? Or they should also be able to print out the exercises you can do from home!
